We process the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services, particularly the organization of guided motorcycle tours in Georgia.
As a rule, personal data is processed only with the user's consent or, where consent cannot be obtained and processing is legally permitted, on one of the following legal bases (where the GDPR applies):

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent (e.g. for optional cookies)

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (e.g. processing a booking request)

  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest (e.g. ensuring the secure and uninterrupted operation of our website)

For users residing in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) also applies, where relevant.

3. Website Hosting (Wix)
This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform.
The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel (for users in the EU/Switzerland: Wix.com, Inc. or the respective affiliated company as specified in Wix's Privacy Policy).
On our behalf, Wix processes technical data that is automatically collected when you visit our website, including:

Apart from Wix's technically necessary cookies (e.g. language settings and session management), we currently do not use any additional analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics or the Meta/Facebook Pixel. 5. Booking Requests and Tour Bookings
When you submit a booking request or book a tour through our booking form, we collect and store the following information:
Booking Information

  • Name and contact details of the booking person (email address and telephone number)

  • Selected tour and departure date

  • Group name

  • Message or comments

  • Total price

  • Deposit and remaining balance

  • Payment status

  • Booking status

  • Booking date

Information for Each Participant

  • First and last name

  • Gender (male/female/diverse)

  • Approximate body height (required solely to allocate motorcycles and rider/passenger combinations safely)

  • Selected role (rider or passenger)

  • Room preference

  • Preferred roommate (if applicable)

  • Selected optional extras

  • Individual tour price

Purpose and Legal Basis
Processing this data is necessary to process your booking request and perform the travel contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Without this information, we cannot process your booking.
Sharing of Data
Your contact details are also stored in our Wix CRM system to send booking confirmations, payment confirmations, reminders and booking updates via Wix Triggered Emails.
Your personal data will not be shared with other third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Payments
Payments (deposit and remaining balance) are currently made by bank transfer outside the website.
No payment or credit card details are collected or stored through the booking form.
We only manually record the payment status (e.g. "Deposit received") within our booking system.
Data Retention
Booking-related information is stored for as long as necessary to perform the booked tour, process any follow-up requests or complaints, and thereafter for the duration required by applicable legal retention obligations (e.g. accounting and tax laws).

6. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (including your email address, name and message) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Tour and Team Information
The information published on our website regarding tours, tour dates and our team is provided solely for informational purposes and does not contain personal data of website visitors.

8. Recipients and Data Processors
In addition to Wix (see Section 3), we use the following service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:

  • Wix.com – website hosting, technical infrastructure, booking forms, CRM/contact management, invoicing (Wix Invoices), multilingual website functionality (Wix Multilingual)

  • Usercentrics GmbH – cookie consent banner and consent management (see Section 4)

Personal data will not be disclosed to other third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

9. Data Security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption.
Email addresses stored in our booking database are additionally encrypted.
We also implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access.

10. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:

  • request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • request correction of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)

  • request deletion of your personal data, provided no legal retention obligations prevent this (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

  • receive your personal data in a commonly used format or have it transferred to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR)

  • withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
