Beginner to intermediate level is usually sufficient. You should feel confident driving, as traffic in Georgia can be hectic. Before the tour, we'll ask about each participant's riding level so the guide can choose the right pace for the group. If all the riders in a group are more experienced, we'll adjust the tour accordingly.

The best months are May to October. June, July, and August offer the most reliable weather and full access to the high-altitude routes, which are snowed in from November to May. Spring (May to early June) and autumn (September to October) are ideal for tours at lower elevations—pleasant temperatures, less traffic, and beautiful scenery in the wine regions. From November to April, no tours take place on the high-altitude routes due to snow and road closures.

All tours include a guide, motorcycle rental (or bike support if you bring your own), accommodation in typical 3+ star hotels, daily breakfast, fuel, and lunch. Travel insurance is not included. Yes — Georgia is a safe travel destination with a low crime rate. More relevant is road safety: the roads range from excellent new highways to rural tracks riddled with potholes and grazing animals. Our guide drives ahead, sets the pace, and knows the hazards. We travel in small groups, carry first-aid kits, and have local emergency contacts. Full protective gear — helmet, jacket, gloves, and boots — is mandatory. Attentive drivers who stay within their skill level can easily navigate Georgia's mountain roads.

You need a category A (unrestricted) motorcycle license, as our motorcycles have a power output exceeding 35 kW—a car or A2 license is not sufficient. Georgia accepts the International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your national motorcycle license; EU and Swiss licenses are generally accepted directly. We recommend carrying both. No — we provide all participants with fully insured motorcycles, meticulously maintained and suitable for the terrain of each tour. If you prefer to ride your own bike, you're welcome to do so by prior arrangement; Georgia permits foreign-registered motorcycles for touring purposes. We'll discuss the right motorcycle for your tour, your riding style, and the season when you book.

Book directly through our website or by email. We'll confirm availability, find the perfect tour for you, and send you all the booking documents. With a maximum of 5 motorcycles per tour, spots fill up quickly—we recommend booking early for summer dates.

You choose a tour and a date, enter the details of the rider (and optionally passenger) for each motorcycle, select the room type and desired additional options, and submit the request.

You will then receive a confirmation email with the total price, deposit, and payment deadline.

Once the minimum number of participants for your tour is reached and we confirm the trip in writing, your booking becomes binding. From this point on, the 20% deposit is also non-refundable.

Why do we handle it this way?

With the final confirmation, we reserve your spot and begin organizing the trip. This includes hotel bookings, scheduling our guides, and other preparations. At the same time, we inform all registered participants that the tour is definitely taking place and they can start planning their trip.

If someone cancels their booking after this confirmation, the group may become too small, jeopardizing the tour's execution. The deposit helps us absorb this financial risk and ensure the trip can still go ahead for the remaining participants.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached and we are unable to run the tour, you will, of course, receive your deposit back in full.

If your preferred date is fully booked or has too few available spaces, please feel free to contact us. In exceptional circumstances and in consultation with the other tour participants, we can increase the group size. It's important to us that we don't have too many participants to ensure a personal experience and a smooth flow of the tour.

If no tour is offered on your preferred date, you are welcome to request a customized tour and contact us. If the guide is available, we can schedule a tour for your desired date and conduct it if there are enough participants.
